Who Can Receive
RCK Services? Prior identification of a delay or a diagnosis
is not necessary to make a referral. Eligibility must be met by the following
criteria:
- Delay in one or more areas of development.
- Atypical development.
- Parent concern - parental concern, even in the absence of a diagnosed
delay or condition, warrants education and support.
